Who am I?  

Someone who has lived many lives in one body.  

The quiet one. The wild one. The dreamer. The caretaker. The meltdown‑in‑the‑toilet‑stall one. The artist. The mother. The woman who tried to be fine until she wasn’t.

I’ve been the person who holds everything together until it cracks.  

The one who smiles through sensory overload.  

The one who tries to be everything to everyone and ends up disappearing from herself.

All of those versions still exist in me — shifting, blending, teaching me who I am becoming.

And alongside all of that lived experience, I’ve also done the work.  

I’m a certified coach and counsellor, trained in IEMT and neuroscience‑informed approaches that help people shift emotional patterns at the root.  

This isn’t guesswork or “good vibes only” coaching - it’s grounded, evidence‑based, trauma‑sensitive change work.

The journey back to myself wasn’t easy, but it was real.  And it taught me this:  

You don’t have to stay stuck in the version of you that hurts.

I help people find their way back to themselves — gently, honestly, and without judgment.
